New Trend in Luxury Living Previews
at the Arizona Biltmore Estate

At the model opening of Two Biltmore this month we get a glimpse of what’s beyond luxury condominiums

Phoenix, AZ – In just a few short years, luxury condominiums have gone from novel to norm in the Valley of the Sun. Nationwide, upscale hotels with exclusive for sale residences have become all the rage. It is the latest trend in New York, San Francisco and Miami. Luxury chains such as the St. Regis, Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton offer their own brand of residence over a five-star hotel. The idea seems to have paid off, as half of the two million dollar plus condominiums sold prior to opening the decorated model this week. Potential buyers said they didn’t want to go up and down stairs, so each residence is on a single level, with elevator access to homes on the second and third floors. They didn’t want to sacrifice size. The four floor plans range from 3,500 to 4,800 square feet of living space. And finally, they wanted opulence. Walking through the model, one marvels at the 11 foot ceilings, and the panoramic golf and city views. The extensive use of stone and tile in rich, warm tones enhances the custom estate ambiance of the model. From the circular entry foyer, to the curved display kitchen with chef’s island and the oval tub, which provides a centerpiece to the sumptuous master bath, it appears no expense was spared.

The model is across from the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa at 24th street. It is available to tour six days a week by appointment.
